How Our Network Works

Who You Will Talk To
Proposedrelationship Walk-In Tubs does not have staff who visit homes. When you send a request, it goes to an independent local provider in our network. That provider is the person or business you will speak with about your bathroom, your quote and your schedule.
What the Provider May Ask
A good first conversation is mostly listening. Expect questions like these:
- What feels unsafe right now?
- Are you looking at a walk-in tub, a walk-in shower or a tub replacement?
- How big is the bathroom, and where is the current tub?
- Does anyone using it need a seat, grab bars or extra room?
- Is the home older, or does it have a basement below the bathroom?
Photos or rough measurements can help, but they are not always needed at first.
Questions Worth Asking a Provider
Bring your own list. Here are some ideas:
- Will you give me a written quote before work starts?
- What is included, and what could change the price?
- How long does a project like mine usually take?
- What happens to the old tub?
- What warranty comes with the product and the labor?
- Can you help document the job for records, if I need them?
Costs vary a lot by home and product, so a written quote is the safest way to compare.
You Stay in Charge
A request does not lock you into anything. You can ask more questions, get another estimate or take time to think. Nobody should rush you. If a call does not feel right, you can end it.
